Complete Guide
Why the KissGame VIP Program Is Worth Pursuing
If you've been playing at kissgame for a while, you've probably noticed something different about this platform compared to other online casinos. One of the most significant differences is how kissgame treats its loyal players. The VIP programme is not just a marketing campaign – it's a system that genuinely rewards dedicated and active players.
Many people assume a casino VIP program simply means "a slightly bigger bonus." But if you have experienced playing at kissgame as a Gold VIP member or higher, you will understand how significant the difference really is. There are moments when you want to make a large withdrawal and you need the assurance that the funds will arrive quickly. kissgame Diamond VIP members do not have to worry about this – a withdrawal within 30 minutes is a guarantee, not just a promise.
VIP Points System – Simple and Transparent
One of the things kissgame players appreciate most about our VIP program is its transparency. VIP Points are calculated simply – every RM 10 you wager earns 1 VIP Point, regardless of game type. You can check your VIP point balance at any time in your account dashboard, and you will always know exactly how many more points you need to reach the next tier.
Certain games at kissgame offer higher point multipliers. For example, Live Casino and select exclusive game tables may award 1.5x or 2x points compared to the standard rate. This is an added incentive for players who enjoy the variety of games at kissgame to explore sections of the platform they may not have tried before.
VIP Level Stability – You Won't Drop Without Warning
A common concern among VIP program players is the fear of "dropping a tier" if they take a short break from playing. kissgame understands this and has designed a fairer system. Your VIP level is calculated based on points accumulated within a rolling 90-day period. This means there is sufficient time for you to maintain your tier without having to play every single day.
In addition, Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy special tier protection, meaning a tier downgrade does not happen suddenly even if gaming activity temporarily decreases. Your personal account manager will also contact you in advance should your VIP points approach the downgrade threshold, giving you time to plan accordingly.
Quick Tips to Level Up: Take advantage of VIP point multiplier promotions that kissgame runs periodically. During special events, VIP points earned can be doubled – this is the fastest way to climb from Bronze to Silver or from Silver to Gold. Keep an eye on the Promotions us so you don't miss this opportunity.
VIP Account Manager – More Than Just Standard Customer Support
Once you reach Gold VIP tier and above, you'll be assigned a dedicated personal account manager – completely different from standard customer support. Your kissgame VIP account manager understands your needs and preferences personally. They don't just answer questions – they proactively reach out with relevant offers, remind you of expiring bonuses, and help you maximise the value of every ringgit you invest at kissgame.
The kissgame Diamond VIP account manager is available 24 hours a day across multiple communication channels. No matter what time you need assistance – whether for an urgent technical issue or a large withdrawal query – your account manager is always reachable and ready to help immediately.
Personal Gifts – More Than Just Account Credit
One of the most distinctive aspects of the kissgame VIP program is the personalised rewards for Platinum and Diamond members. Unlike standard bonuses that simply appear as account credits, the highest-tier VIP members occasionally receive physical gifts sent directly to their home address. These can include a range of premium items depending on the member's preferences and profile.
Birthday gifts are one of the most anticipated perks among kissgame VIP members. On your birthday, the kissgame system automatically grants you a special bonus tailored to your VIP tier. Diamond members receive the most generous and personalised birthday gift package.
VIP and Responsible Gaming
Kissgame takes responsible gaming seriously, including for VIP members. While VIP members enjoy higher wagering limits, kissgame still provides self-management features such as deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits that VIP members can set at any time. VIP account managers are also trained to monitor gaming patterns and offer support should any concerning signs arise.
We believe that members who play smart and responsibly are the members who will stay with kissgame for the long term. That's why we don't encourage wagering beyond your means, even at the highest VIP tier. Contact your VIP account manager if you need help setting appropriate limits for yourself.
KissGame's Commitment: All VIP benefits listed on this page are active and available to eligible members. Full details on the VIP program terms and conditions can be found on the Terms and Conditions us.
